Our team members have been involved with the following selection of the most recent projects, involving new build construction and building services (M & E) installation.
1. New Build Mosque & Community Centre, Winson Green, Birmingham (ongoing):
New purpose built two storey high steel-frame building with basement. This will be one of the largest mosque’s within the Winson Green suburb.
2. Al – Hijra Community Centre, Small Heath, Birmingham (ongoing):
The existing building is being completely revamped. The ongoing works include a large scale double storey extension, with internal steelworks. On completion of the works, the community centre will be eight times the original size.
3. Woodlands Jamatia Mosque, Sparkhill, Birmingham:
Extensive large scale internal works, including the double storey extension.
4. Springfield Development, Moseley, Birmingham:
Residential development of exclusive, luxurious properties. Design and Build project. Working closely with the Client, the project was taken from ‘idea stage to reality’.
5. Ikon Homes Ltd, West Midlands :
New build development of luxurious residential properties.
6. New PAK Supermarket, Washwood Heath, Birmingham:
Project manager/ employers agent involved in procurement of design team, specialist surveyors, stripout of services. Project comprises demolition and new build construction and major building services installation. This new and vibrant supermarket will be the Flagship carrier for PAK Supermarket Ltd.
7. Redditch Mosque Phase 1, Redditch:
Construction management of groundworks, foundation, steel frame and concrete floors element of the project. Procurement of consultant team and professional services.
